As wonderful as it may be to live a simpler easier life. We are by no means suggesting it be so simple that you merely exist day-to-day taking only each moment as it comes. For short periods of time when you’re taking a break or some vacation, sure, go for it.
Rather we are attempting to help provide you with methods and ways to live each day with a little less stress and anxiety. It’s important for you and your growth as an individual to have a sense of direction or some sort of goal to head towards.
Sometimes big goals or striving for greatness can be hard long and possibly even difficult. With those types of ambitions, there are times you need to slow it down or break it down so that you can keep going even if it’s only 1% at a time or with baby steps.
The main point we try to promote is to always be moving forward, whether it’s a big goal or simply to continue working on yourself to become a better, stronger, or more improved version of your true self. What if you have already achieved your big ambition or dream, or worse yet, realized you’re just merely living day-to-day with no sense of direction?
Well, that’s where this article comes in handy. This article can be used to act as a guide to help you discover where you want to go. It’s pretty simple and straightforward forward so let’s get to it.

Get Ready To Discover Your Personal Path & Direction

Sometimes in life, we kinda lose our sense of direction or perhaps we just never found it yet. The very first thing you want to do is pause, stop, and observe. A simple technique for this is mindfulness. It is the easiest form of observing the moment.
It’s really easy. Being mindful is just about taking a quick moment to observe things like your thoughts, or how you feel without judgment. Or observing your surroundings or what you’re doing. To figure out where you’re going you first need to be aware of where you are, which is now, here, in this moment.

In life, you can feel lost and drifting, getting nowhere. To prevent this you need to know what it is you want or where you’re heading. So think about what greatness or success means to you. What do you want to be good at? What means the most to you? Being healthy, fit, wealthy, having a title or degree, family, or skill?
Once you figure out what really matters the most, you now have a target goal to aim for. Now you know your destination and can strive for greatness. Take time and determine what is really important to you. When you know what is important to you, you are then able to develop a sense of direction to head towards.

Putting together a collage is a great way for you to work through your thoughts and clarify what you are aiming for. It also becomes a visual reminder of the direction you want to go. A collage is simply a collection of your thoughts, ideas, and pictures attached to a backboard.
Take some time to put together a collage, you can call it whatever you want, a vision, dream, or goal board. You will find it very helpful for finding your passion. Once completed, hang it up where you can see it every day so it can act as your personal motivator to keep you on course now that you’ve found your sense of direction.

So there you have it, as simple as A B C. Take the time to pause and observe what sort of things go through your mind. Take the time to know and understand where you are, and how you feel. Then do some thinking about what’s important to you. What do you truly enjoy? What are the things that matter most to you? Make a collage, and get your thoughts and ideas out where you can see them.
When you do all those things, you will discover a pattern or a theme will start coming together. When that happens you will then discover what it is you need to work on, go for, improve, or seriously consider to strive for. Once you sense your direction, it’s then up to you what you do with it, and how far to take it.
