Creating a Personal Wellness Plan

Written by:

Are you ready to work on self-improvement but unsure where to begin? Your personal wellness should always be your top priority. Here’s a straightforward, to-the-point list of ideas to get you started. Create a plan that works for you and make small improvements over time.

  • Create a list of what you want to improve
  • Learn to be mindful
  • Practice thinking positive
  • Listen to motivational audio and videos
  • Be active; go for walks, bike, jog, or anything
  • Spend time ‘in the moment’
  • Work at eating healthier
  • Use positive affirmations to encourage improvement
  • Make a vision/dream board or collage
  • Be grateful and thankful for the good things in life
  • Learn to manage stress by taking a breather
  • Find a hobby you will enjoy
  • Take some time out for yourself
  • Make sure you get a good quality sleep
  • Find ways to beat procrastination
  • Make yourself get off the couch and do something
  • Create a list of uplifting music to get you going
  • Take time to give to others
  • Learn to focus to get things done
  • Avoid toxic people
  • Strive for greatness in your life
  • Find a role model you want to follow
  • Discover your passion, what truly makes you happy
  • Seek advice from a professional

I know this may seem like alot of things to work on all at once – it is! So don’t try to do it all at once. Pick an area you want to work on then learn more about it. Work new things into your daily routines and make an effort to improve your life 1% at a time. Tiny steps will get you there faster than not doing anything at all, which is what happens when we get overwhelmed and stressed out.

Take a look through RazzWorks blog posts and you’ll find lots of helpful posts on many of the areas mentioned above. Best of luck with whatever you do and thanks for checking out RazzWorks. Please like and share.

This is a really great post. It is definitely important to focus on small changes/habits and then once they are set, continue on. My thing I have been working on is moving more whether that is generally or at the gym. And drink more water. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for your nice comment. Razz and I are both working on being more active as well. I need to drink more water but find it difficult in the winter. Have a nice day!

I am always trying to drink more. Hopefully you can do more in the warmer months! X
