With our life’s journey, things can get repetitive to the point of boring, no longer as interesting as they were. When you first started, it was exciting but now you feel like you are starting to fizzle out. This can often happen during times you run into problems and setbacks. This is when it is vital to rejuvinate your spirit of adventure. So we are going to go over ways to help you boost your energy so you can be motivated to keep on going.
HOW TO REJUVINATE YOUR SELF AND REGAIN YOUR SPARK
CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
This first one is more of a don’t than a do. Sometimes life can feel a bit blah because we get stuck in a rut of moaning and groaning about how bad things are. When you get caught up in negative thinking, your energy gets zapped. It is more often our own thoughts that cause us to fizzle out. Life feels boring and useless. So what we need to do when we realize our thinking is no longer positive is to stop complaining, let go, and work on clearing our thoughts. After all, it’s kind of hard to think in a positive way if negative thinking is still occupying your mind space. In other words, before you can rejuvinate your zapped energy, you need to stop the negative mindset.

OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH
There are tons of ways and things you can do to prevent mental fizzle out while improving yourself and your life. Learning new and better ways of doing things helps with renewing your energy levels, along with creativity, and drive. Spending time working on personal development, and/or self-improvement will also boost your self-esteem, self-worth, and even your self-image. With all of that self-boosting, it naturally will rejuvinate your passion and excitement for life at the same time.

CREATE NEW GOALS
Setting up target goals and objectives is a great way to rejuvinate yourself, especially if it’s something new. If you have nothing to aim for, your energy to get stuff done will fizzle out. So what I do is set a specific target towards something, and then break it down into smaller goals. Knowing exactly what it is you want to accomplish makes you more likely to be able to complete it.

RECLAIM YOUR FREE TIME
Today with so much available at our fingertips, we can easily end up spending many hours staring at the screen. If you, like many others, are watching videos, browsing online, scrolling through social media, and/or playing games every spare moment make a choice to step away from it for a day or perhaps a whole weekend to make yourself do other stuff instead. I’m not saying you need to give up on these activities altogether. I’m suggesting you give yourself a break. The more you’re staring at the screen the less time and chance for you to experience new activities in life. After all the goal here is to rejuvinate your excitement before you fizzle out, it’s hard to focus on better things if your eyes are staring at the screen during your free time.

CONNECT WITH OTHERS
When it comes to dealing with other people, there are two ways you can rejuvinate your passion for life. Externally and internally. Both methods are just as good. Spend time with optimistic people, and their energy, excitement, and positive nature will help boost your own spirit. That’s the external. The internal is by you doing something nice for others. When you do things that are kind and selfless for others, it will bring out the best in you. This in turn will rejuvinate your mood just because it makes you feel good inside.

STEP AWAY TO HAVE FUN
If you don’t want to fizzle out and also get the pep back in your step, prevent fizzle out and rejuvinate your ambition for doing what ever it is you do. Then step away from the misery and go do whatever it is that you enjoy. Go have some fun. Live love laugh. Every day I try to find something that I want to do. It does not have to be productive. It could be something simple like going for a walk or something. It does not matter what it is, as long as it’s something you choose to do for yourself, just because you want to. Go hang out with a friend and crack some jokes. Take a nature walk. There are tons of things you can choose to do.

So as you can see there is a lot you can do to rejuvinate your mood, zest, energy, etc.…. when life starts to feel blah, and before you fizzle out altogether. I know blah isn’t necessarily the best word. However, during such times, it can be difficult to describe how you feel about your situation. Overall you feel no ambition, interest, or excitement, however, a simple clearly defined word does not seem to cover it. And that is why I use the word blah. The main point here is that there are things we can look into, try, or work on, to help renew our energy and find our zest for life.
